Hello again,

technical question about passport and name change docs to send in with the AOS packet.

Status F-1 since 2007

2008 - marraige 1

2008 - passport 1 expires

2009 - name change overseas, new temporary passport (passport 2)

2009 - used new passport as a basis to change name with SEVIS, got new I-20

2009 - updates SS card with new name

2009 - new 10 year passport (passport 3)

2011 - divorce, kept new name

2011 - marriage 2 - this time doing AOS

Never used Marriage 1 to any benefit or status change, it just didn;t work out.

The old visa in passport 1 expired in 2007 (it was change of visa already)

Should I just send in BIO pages from each passport (since those were already sent in to USCIS when I appliaed for EAD for CPT and OPT)?

Should I attach copy of the original visa I came on (even though its been issued over 1 year ago)

Should I attach copies of name change decision from overseas along with certified translation?

Should I just make the full copy of all pages of Passport 1, and bio only of the two others since theres not stamps or visas in those newer passports?

Also, in what order to assemble it? orig passport, name change form overseas, then temp passport, and then passport 3?

Should I staple each passport packet or just use paper clips to separate them?

Should I add an explanation? If so, on what page - cover sheet for the i-130 or add a page right before the passport copies?

I hope I didn't confuse you too much!

I appreciate your input. Please share your experiences how you dealt in a similar situation..

..

Thanks again,

KC
