I can't believe its almost 2 years and we are in the last stages, removing conditions on his residence!!

I'm almost ready to send out the package but I have a few questons:

Q1# Part 4. Information about your children: We have a son and I have a daughter from a previous relationship. They were both born in the USA. Do I add either, both or none? Do I attached either or both birth certificate?

Q2# Do we need to send 2 passport photos?

For evidence I plan to attach:

Copy of our son's birth certificate

4 Copies of our joint bank account statements through out the last 2 years

Copy of both house and car insurance

Copy of his beneficiary and that i have dental insurance through his employee

Transcripts from the IRS for 2011 and 2012

Copies of our licenses and his green card

Copy of his medical bills to our address

Am I missing anything else?

Congratulations and all the best.

The new form has made it easy - include all the children and fill up the questions 11 (Is child living with you) & 12 (Is the child applying with you) correctly. In your case the answer to question 12 will be "NO", as they were born in USA.

No need to send any photographs.

Your evidence looks sound containing the major ones - good to send all the joint bank acounts instead of 4. you can look at the August 2013 thread that i opened, which contains my application details that will be filed on 8/2/2013.
