Hi VJers!

does anyone here know what immunizations are needed during the medical? am planning to ask my fiancé to have his immunizations done as early as now while waiting for our noa2.. and once completed, what form do we ask from the doctor to give to st lukes during medical?

You can wait until the medical. They will give you everything you need along with the documents. No need to have additional expenses.

January 15, 2012 met on line

April 18, 2012 met in person in Cebu

April 20, 2012 proposed

May 28, 2012 filed K1

June 6, 2012 received email K1 accepted.

August 28, 2012 NOA2 approved!!!!!!!

September 21, 2012 went back for vist number 2

Had a wonderful time!

Interview set for November 6

Flying out November 3 to be together

Arrived November 4

November 6, 2013 interview and approved

November 14, 2013 picked up visa!

November 29, 2013 arrived in Anchorage

November 30, 2013 applied for marriage license

December 15, 2013 civil wedding

February 16, 2013 AOS filed

February 23, 2013 NOA 1 reviewed

April 4, 2013 Biometric appointment

May 9, 2013 AOS intervie

May 9, 2013 Approved ap, ead and green card

May 18, 2013 received Green Card, EAD and AP in mail

get the immunizations during the medical..save money too:)

July 25,2013--USCIS received my AOS packaet

July 31, 2013-Email/text notication from USCIS

August 1, 2013- Check encashed

August 5, 2013-Received NOA1's in the mail.

August 9,2013- Received my Biometric Appointment Notice in the mail.dancin5hr.gif

August 15, 2013. Done with my biometric..(walk-in in Local USCIS in Philadelphia)

October 2, 2013- Approved EAD and AP.
October 13, 2013-Recevied my Combo Card( EAD and AP) through mail.

November 14, 2013- Received a Letter of Potential Waiver Interview in the mail.

January 14, 2014- Approved Green Card date. Anniversary date of my 2-year Green Card.

January 23, 2014- Received my green card in the mailbox.

Reminder:

I have to apply for ROC of my 2 year green card within October 20, 2015 to December 2015.

In case of Ecuador, I just called the doctors office and hey told me I don't need to bring immunization records or get any type of shots during the medical because its a K1 visa. She said I'll need those records and vaccinations once I'm I the states. I don't know if its the same in your country... Also in the us embassy website where you can download the package 3 says " Adults: The cost for the medical exam, including chest x-ray, blood tests and general health exam, is $140 (One hundred and forty US dollars). Immunizations are not required."
