Well, it won't let me proceed without the email from the consulate when I contact them they just say the same over and over to wait for the email does anyone how long it takes after consulate receives?

Mine is the same. all we have to do is to wait that they send us packet 3. I called DOS number (2026631225 then dial 1 and 0

to speak) and they told me to wait.when the embassy send you packet 3 it will still in the same status even after your interview. just be patient. it takes time
