Hi ladies and gents,

I have a question but before I get down to the question I will try to explain as much as I can without boring you with long text.

My wife and I wedded in 2011, and the plan was we would wait and file for Adjustment of Status after two or three years of marriage, couple of weeks ago I got a good job offer in my home country I have until mid August to give them an answer and the contract starts on September 1st should I take the job.

The problem is my wife flatly told me she doesn't have any intentions of leaving the US, and honestly I really want that job, after several days of brainstorming we both decided at this juncture divorce is the only viable solution. We are about to start the process in the next few days.

The question is, will this affect either one of us should we ever get married and try to file for AOS in the future? At the moment my visa hasn't expired yet but will I be allowed to enter the country if I came back for business or vacation?

Thanks in advance.
