Have anyone on here had case complete at NVC while police certificate was not submitted?

Love you guys!

Hi! Just a piece of thought here. How would you claim that your case has been completed if your police certificate is missing?

That's exactly the question I am asking because I'm debating whether I should send my IV package without the police certificate. Any experience with that? Thanks Boy&Bell

Hi again!

Police certificate/s are one of the requirements from beneficiary's part. Cant you get one from your country?

Is it possible to submit it to the embassy at the time of the interview?

I suppose not. All requirements should be complied with , otherwise, there'll be no interview coming your way.USCIS will still look for it.

If you have something to deal with the authorities prohibiting you not to get a police certificate, then voice out to us,so we can help you what to do.

LOL very funny. I'm a USC currently in the US of A. I'm applying for my mom. She already applied for it and is scheduled to receive it this week. I was just wondering if I could send the IV package without the police certificate, thus the reason I was looking for advice. Thanks for your ingenuity.
