At the end of the Zimmerman trial it was pointed out that there is a murder epidemic in Chicago, I believe over 500 year to date and 75% are black victims and

88% of the offenders are black.

The majority seem to be gang related and armed robbery.

What can be done?

I think it would be reasonable for the feds to step in.

I think a major contributor to the problem is Black unemployment, about 19%

What good is being president if you can't bring home a little bacon to your adopted home state?

Let's start by building a massive jail to house illegal immigrants. The blacks could be hired to be guards.

Now that's a win win.

We could start a bottling factory for bottling lake erie water. with the proper merchandising it would sell like hotcakes. (worldwide)

We could get the Japanese to build another Toyota plant.

Remington and Smith and Wesson should open factories in downtown Chicago. If that's where the guns are being used

then it's only reasonable that they should be manufactured there. If they don't want to play ball, Chicago could threaten to sue them.

They should also open a licorice factory, just cuz I like licorice.

Now after tackling unemployment we could let the NSA spy on the local politicians who are as crooked as a New York pretzel.

We could throw them in jail with the immigrants.

The gitmo detainees could be housed there too, Aint no Arab terrorist in his right mind going to walk through the black neighborhoods of Chicago

to get close enough to try and break someone out of prison.

We could also build a canal though Chicago from lake erie to the missippi river opening up all kinds of ocean going traffic possibilities.

That should take care of the unemployment problem.

Now the Welfare system has been destroying families for 50 years.

discouraging women from getting married or living with their signficant other.

forcing kids to be raised without their fathers in the picture.

I say change the rules.

No more welfare unless you have a man in the house.

If he manages to get a job the benifits go up 10%

no more kids being raised without fathers because of the welfare system.

Send the National Guard in to police the streets.

NSA can tell us which cops are on the take, all their phone call etc. is being recorded

No need to arrest them Just fire them we will be running out of room in our new prison.

Whatever street drugs people are buying, legalize em for 1 year and distribute them for free for one year.

The gangs will be out of business

Brilliant!!! Your idea (expressed allegorically of course) of The Chicago stadium rising from the oil stained United Center parking lot, Rising phoenix like bigger and better than ever, more seating capacity, clean restrooms, closed circuit television and free wi-fi. Rising and carrying

the city of Chicago on it's furry little back. Forcing the gangs into gladiator type battles for our viewing pleasure as we sit behind double thick

bullet proof glass. If they want to kill each other we may as well make some money off of it. Of course the money would be used for funding

preschool for the under priveledged youth and improved street lighting. This could make millions for the City, and don't forget the jobs, somebody
