You need to do it yourself in Egypt. No one here can get you a certificate saying you are good in English.

Go to the college near you

They will offer the ESL course

One you pass it then they might put you into a higher level ESL course

I think in my area they have 4 levels of ESL courses before you are allowed to take regular college level classes

A college will want to see your TOEFL score. TOEFL is "Test of English as a Foreign Language." This is a standardized test of your English ability. Going to school takes a lot of time and money and hard work. If you do not have enough time to travel one hour to take a test (which is more than an hour by itself) then maybe school isn't the right decision for you right now.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

From your postings, it seems that the ESL class would be the best place for you to start. Once you've done some, you can think about other study and you'll have the pieces of paper to show that you've reached the required standard. There's no point enrolling you in college if you can't understand English well enough to write a paper or follow a lecturer.
