So after all the evidence presented at trial, all the reporters, all the investigators, all the police officers, couldn't find anything racist in GZs past, not even an off color N-word joke, and the only one of the two that said anything racist was TM, you still think this is about race? Not only that, less than 10 days after the guy gets acquitted, he's out rescuing people from car wrecks. I might agree with you in the regard, that TM probably wouldn't have pounded GZ, if GZ was black. I'd say that if racism played a part in this incident, it was the racism coming from TM, not GZ.

So I get it now. Even though he wasn't doing anything wrong he could have been and that makes it ok. What evidence was presented that he was going to rob someone at 1900 at night coming home from the store with no weapon of any sort, plus he was on the phone talking to his friend. I've been in his situation when it comes to the police. I've been stopped and ask why I am in the place I have a right to be. I answer honestly, and for the most part I am left alone. And that might have been the case had GZ just asked him BEFORE calling the cops and chasing him. That factor is what's ignored in this confrontation. You'd think that GZ was attacked because he asked him what was he doing here. Has it ever occured to you that maybe TM was scared and attacked him because he was in fear for his life?
