How long for an interview date??

Hi guys! I'm from Romania so if there's any Romanias out there I would really appreciate if you could help me with this question. How long does it take for the NVC to assign an interview date after your case has been closed? and how far ahead is that date going to be? like a month or more from when they assign it? thanks!

There is an interview thread, have you checked there to see if any one from Romania has had an interview date lately?

Also you can check the timelines to see the average date from NOA2 or case complete to interview.

yeah i've checked timelines before but they seem to fluctuate quite a bit. do you have a link for that thread by any chance? thanks!

Thanks for the link ahiari! We don't have case complete yet waiting on the to review one document! But I think it will be closed sometime in August so accoring to this link I will have an intervew date in September? Think it can be later then that?thx

No problem.

Well, if you have submitted the required document already, you should get a case complete soon.

I don't know exactly the time frame for Romania, but hopefully you get an interview date for September.

NVC schedules interviews throughout the month, so keep calling them to find out when your case is completed and then keep calling to see if an interview is scheduled.

You can go check out your country's portal from the top menu ->Portals -> Romania for more details.
