Hi everyone,

We are working on my G-325A form and have 3 questions.

1. Address outside of USA for more than 1 year. Is this a consecutive year or if I stayed at an address twice but at different times, does this count? For example:

A. 1234 Any street, Any Town, My home country Oct 2012 - June 2013 (8 months)

B. 5678 Another Street, Another Town, another country March 2011 - Sept 2012

C. 1234 Any street, Any Town, My home country Oct 2010 - March 2011 (5 Months)

So, do we put down B, which is a full consecutive year or A because A was the last place and with C is more than 1 year?

2. Also, my husband has lived in the USA since Feb 1998, he cannot remember his last address outside the US, nor the name and address of the company he worked for before leaving to come to the USA. What should we put there for last address outside the USA and what should we put for last employer?

3. My husband is a naturalized citizen, but did have an A number at one time, should we put his A number on the forms.

Thank you

I would just list your residences for the last 5 years in the space provided and put "B" down as it was more than 1 year at the same address.

Same for your husband and since 1998 is more than 5 years ago I would not worry about it as his last address outside the US. For the employment question you could put "not known" and the year. How many people have records spanning more than 5 years or even 10 years? and yours would be 15 years ago. It might be best to put in the years just to be safe as it does says "not shown in the above" for the employment outside the US question.

Include his A# and then the USCIS will have all that missing information.

Good luck,

Dave

Hello, I have a similar question. I am filling out G-325A for myself (non U.S.) and thus all my past residencies were outside of the USA. So should I list them under "Applicants residence last five years" or "Applicant's last address outside the US of more than 1 year" ?
