I received NOA2 (the one stating my application have been approved but I need to get further documents, medical etc)

I have yet to request any police documents, medical examination and fill out any further supporting material outlined in the letter but it states that the petition is valid for four months from the date of action.

This is what worries me because it is dated 25th March and four months from there would be 4 days from now. Does this mean that I have to provide all the material by then? Or just get my fiancée to provide a notarized statement for handing in at my interview?

Any help on this matter would be much appreciated.
