That's probably meaning NOA2 which is the approval to be sent to the foreign country.

That means that it is estimated that your petition will move from USCIS to NVC (NOA2) not foreign country, has nothing to do with the estimate of when a visa interview may happen. too many factors to even get an estimate.

Like they said, it is from when your I-129F will be approved (NOA2).

But my estimated date was in early January and I was approved yesterday (11/29).

It's just an estimate, and not a very good one at that.

Just ignore it and read the forums.

And get used to waiting.
