Not at all, send what you have listed, just make sure they aren't originals. I've been living with my wife in Australia for almost 2yrs, so our proofs were more joint accounts and lease, our son's birth certificate, stuff like that. We will send more to the nvc including original documents, and she will bring a suitcase of evidence (slight exaggeration) to her interview. My comment was more about not stressing. If they need more evidence, they'll ask for it. Good luck!

PS we have All documents scanned and saved to 3 different hard drives, Google drive and Dropbox, so I know about overkill. Lol

Oh ok. Yeah, I think we have to send in more than you because we aren't able to live together and will have to be apart until she gets here for good. Because we're apart she can't be here to be put on my bank account and we obviously have no lease because we don't live together. I just hope we're showing enough commingling of financial assets, as everything else she'd need to physically be here for. Do you think it's bad or suspicious to only have one Power of Attorney and Will, instead of both of us having them? I don't know how they do that stuff over in Poland and I'm guessing it might be difficult and/or not worth it. Just don't want them to think that's a red flag us having only one spouse with a POA and Will and not the other.

We'll definitely be saving three copies of all of the documents, good idea!

No, I don't think it's suspicious, but I am not a worrier. I just follow the instructions the best I can, hope for the best and prepare for the worst. I leave it in God's hands after that.
