Hi, everyone. I have a question... If I am filing for ROC with divorce waiver how would my firnds sworn look like? Should it states that we lived happilly together but got divorced because of this and that? or ??

Your friends have no idea why you divorced outside of what you or your ex have told them so writing an affidavit including "they divorced because..." would be pointless.

If you want your friends to write affidavits then they should simply address THEIR relationship with you. Stating how long they have known you (and your ex if applicable). Whether they attended any functions with you or went out to dinner with you both. Things like that.

I never include any in mine coz they said it has small bearing with ROC, USCIS is more particular with financial co-mingling.... I was approved just recently without interview and no RFE. Note: I applied with death waiver.
