One of the few "delicacies" I did not try while living in Indonesia. My Wife has not tried it either.

Be sure to let us know how it tastes!!!

In fact, I can get some for you (really cheap), the next time we are there.

I'm intrigued. I'll try it.

I just ordered 4 oz for $30. :)

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

This became known when it was tasted by Oprah who was surprised to know about the origins of this delicious coffee.

Coffee Alamid is Philippine civet coffee that comes only from the sweetest coffee cherries of the Philippine forests. The palm civets that naturally propagate the sugar palm trees are also the same civets that choose and eat these ripe cherries. The beans are then fermented in the digestive system of the civets, then excreted as whole beans. The coffee farmers pick these civet droppings during coffee season.

Coffee Alamid is a natural blend of the Philippine finest Liberica, Exelsa, Robusta and Arabica beans. The nocturnal civets freely roam the forests in the wild. The beans are all collected in the wild.

Coffee Alamid when roasted, has sweet, chocolatey aroma that heightens the senses. It is light and naturally sweet. Its fine and smooth taste is perfect for a good morning start. It is a winning formula during high power meetings. Enjoy it black and pure to savor its true taste and aroma.

Coffee Alamid supports the protection of the civets, the preservation of its habitat in the forest such as the clean streams and arenga pinnata sugar palm trees. Coffee Alamid provides livelihood for the forest dwellers such as the coffee farmers and the revival of the Philippine coffee industry.

Whenever you eat button mushrooms you are eating something grown in sterilized cow poop. A lot of things are like that.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).
