Indian state of Bihar in shock after school lunch that killed 23 children is found to have contained agricultural pesticide

Ya, I listened to the BBC report about this.

glaring stuff:

Principal of said school's spouse had the major contract for supplying the food.

Neither of them (principal or principal's spouse) can be found at the moment, they've scarpered.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

Yep, that clearly screams some form of guilt - although I don't hold with the theory that it was a deliberate poisoning, that's a very far out theory. More likely a case of keeping the money in the family.
