We finally got MNL yesterday after 36 days of waiting and I scheduled her interview for August 5th.

I'm just triple checking everything and I've read on here that the CENOMAR is only good for 6 months? But she says its good for 1 year.

She got her CENOMAR February 10, 2013 so 6 months will be 5 days after the interview. Is that cutting it too close? Should she get a new one?

The embassy letter doesn't say anything about 6 months.

The CENOMAR is valid for a year, but the "word" is that USEM has been known to ask for a new one if they are older than 6 months... from there the call is yours.

I wouldn't take a chance... I'll tell her to get a new one. She can get it online, pay the fee (accredited bank) then have it delivered. Easy peasy!
