How to fill in I-864 Part 6, question 13 (a,b,c)?

My co-sponsor filed her tax jointly with her husband since they got married a long time ago. Her income is enough for me, she does not want her husband to file I-864A. Does that mean that the woman who is the one sponsoring us will file I-864 and her husband do not need to file I-864A ??

In Part 6, question 13 (a,b,c) asks us to fill in tax recent 3 years, so she has to put 3 years income from only her W2(s) or the total joint income from the form 1040 ???

Her husband does not have any income. She gives me her W2(s) for the three recent years ( 2010, 2011, 2012) and employment letter showing her income more than what is required.

hi,

what do you mean? does she have any other income if her husband isn't working? if the income is from her job and there is no other income the 1040 should match her w2s

or is it that her husband isn't currently working but was working? if the total includes income from spouse then no, she doesn't put that

she will file the i864 alone proving evidence of her income alone, such as the W2s

She filed a joint tax return with her husband a long time ago. Her husband had a job but he was jobless two years ago. She has income from her job. Her income in her W-2 (2010,2011,2012) is enough for my family. She files in I-864 and her husband does not need to fill in I-864A, is it right ?

Another question here is if she files I-864, will she put her individual income from her W-2 ( 2010,2011,2013) OR put the total income from the joint tax return In the Part 6, question 13 ? Thank you

only her income and attach the w2s

her husband wouldn't qualify anyway as he hasn't any current income to be a co sponsor

She files a joint tax return with her husband since they got married. About over 10 years ago and even until now. Now her husband was jobless 2 years ago and till now, but they still file a joint tax return. Is it still ok as you answer me ?

of course, it will always be different because she is only using her part of the income. that's why she needs to send the W2s and employment letter
