8 weeks to send to nvc ,whats wrong with these people???

I've heard a few people having to wait awhile but from what I've seen alot of people seem to be getting their case number within a week or just over from receiving their noa 2,so that's why I was kind of caught of guard when they said it could take up to 8 weeks.I won't worry unless I see people with the same noa 2 date as me get their case number and I'm still left behind.I'm hopeful I get it this week

Several years ago, there was a time that CSC didn't send their cases immediately to NVC. People speculated they waited to get a big load. Vermont sent ours in a matter of days. Then everything kinda straightened out again at CSC. Is this a pattern happening at CSC again to everybody? Or do you think yours got stuck somewhere by itself?
