Congrats!! I was transferred June 21 and also got an RFE they recieved it yesterday July 18 2013 so I have hope soon ill get NOA2! )

Yes hopefully you do! That would be amazing for both of us to follow onto the NVC step together! When is you NOA1? And when you received your RFE was there a yellow paper in their as well?

Yes they were a yellow paper. My NOA1 was February 13 .. I know hopefully it goes out together ))!!

I couldn't believe it when I read that e-mail!

My NOA1 is Jan 31, I waited until I hit my 5 month mark and then began contacting my senators, congressman, and ombudsman. Then I was transferred from VSC to TSC on June 21. On July 6 I received an RFE (I had forgotten to add letters of intent), received the hardcopy on July 11, mailed my documents back on July 15 and was received at TSC yesterday and I got the e-mail for my approval tonight!!!

I'm so excited and hopefully everything speeds up from now on... luckily I have read many forums with directions on what to do after I receive my NOA2 so I feel prepared for the next steps!

Thank you!!! I have read previous posts from other users that have been transferred to TSC and they said they had to wait about 6-8 weeks for those cases to be transferred to NVC, but I'm praying to God that I don't have to wait that long!! Hopefully!! *fingers crossed*
