Touches but no approval. Called the NCSC and they said wait 60 days after the transfer to hear something. Had an infopass appointment and they said to wait also. Absolutely pissed off. I see people who filed much later than me getting approved while people who filed before me are stuck also.

Vermount use to be the Fastest......Now its the slowest...not even slow...it has stoped...

i know and im sooo upset with them!! really i am.. ppl who filed MONTHS after me are getting approved and its sooo annnoying..!!!!!!!!

why hasnt vermont approved it yet? its been there for almost a whole month.. AND i filed my stupid form on JULY 5th!!!!

my husband has been gone to mexico since Feb 2006.... so here we still are.. with NO appt!!!

Has anyone been approved by them YET?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! since my case got there on nov 7th... i've had NO touches!

I was really hoping to be much later in the process, but hopefully things will pick up soon.

But man, the wait is really hard.

Applied for K-3 on July 7th and got the approval 1-month and 10-days later.

I-130 has been with VSC since June 28th and no approvals yet

hello there friends i havent had any responces from vermont either and we have been waiting for k-1 for over a year they told us that they would send me a desicion in april and were still waiting its been over 7 months now....ive sent letters and called the uscis many times...dont know what else to do.....

i think its to late to contact one now its so very late in our case now for all we are doing now is waiting for vermont to give us final answer because our case was sent back to them a year ago and have been waiting ever since..i have called and sent many letters and all i get is that i keep waiting every 30 days and im so tired of them telling me that its been 7 months of 30 days....i just wish i knew how to get vermont to respone to there desicion
