my mom is planning to petition my half siblings when she gets here in the US, (planning on petitioning her) but the problem is they have different names on their bcert, my mom married my step dad (not legal) because my step dad is not annulled with his ex wife and they got married so that my step father's lastname will be carried by my half siblings, (i don't know how that happened, they live in province, so that's probably not valid) however my mom is still married to my biological father (deceased) which is legal, her name was Shirley Fuerte in my bcert, and my mom's name on my half siblings was Sharlie De Guzman which was lead to another confusion., My mom found out that she doesn't have a name registered in NSO in the Philippines, so shes gonna have to get a late registered in NSO, she is going to use (Shirley Fuerte) to match it in my bcert, since im petitioning her, so my question is, how is she gonna get my half siblings here with different names? because once she's here in the US she's gonna use the name in my bcert which is Shirley Fuerte not Sharlie De Guzman.
