Yes it is an rfe the dame thing happened to me and about 2 weeks ago they sent me an rfe from texas stating tbat I needed the dates and names on the back of the photos and also I turned in affidavits of supporrt from my family!

wow thats to bad and odd... I did not date our photos nor did i include names of anyone.... My attorney said it was not needed... I was just approved in less then 4 mnths... No RFE

We filed the I129F in April, and got transferred to TSC from VSC, but after reading here in most places I found that I was supposed to write the dates and the names of the people in the pictures on the back of each photo but I did not!

I am so nervous right now! It is so difficult to prove that we were together because all the photos taken were done with with my cellphone and it does not tag a date on it.

I did not send any affidavits from third parties that witnessed our encounters

What do you think? Would this be a ground to an RFE?

If they do send you and RFE that does not mean you wont get approved...

If they send the pics back just write the month and year and where, I did the same and got approved.

Yes I guess the dates did no matter. We got approved yesterday afternoon luckily! We are so happy and now so nervous as well. Now the next thing is scheduling the interview, for which I have no idea what to do... But, besides that i am wondering what would happen if last year I did not make enough to go over the one hundred percent of the poverty line for the i134... Will my new job condition help me? I just got promoted and I am working full time. I am not sure if I should opt for a co-sponsor or should I just go like that :/
