ohmy.png why you say so?no0pb.gif nope husband filed i 130 for me f2a category im not in USA.... idea9dv.gif what is your PD? and what is the status of your case.

what i mean is the petitioner for example are applying for citizenship, because some people who got transferred to NSC had filled something else with USCIS. my PD is nov 30 2012 waiting for NOA2

husband is just almost 3 years greencard holder so dunno if he is eligible to apply UScitezenship now, all i know is that they transferred files to NSC for processing cos VSC is backlog.. september october december,, but november files still in vermont

unfortunately, we didn't get any notification yet sad.png

on 14th Aug received a email from USCIS that my case has been moved to My Local office for processing. and on 22nd Aug received postal mail stating they my case is now being processed at nebraska service center.. PD Feb 2013...

I got notification today (Aug.19, 2013), that my case (PD Dec. 11, 1012) was transferred to Nebraska Service Center. I have no idea what consequences that will bring though... When I`m trying to check timelines for Nebraska SC, there is no information about I-130 cases.

Even I got similar postal. And got another postal that my case is being processed now...at nebraska service center

April 2, 14: Interview Date

April 2,14: Visa Approved.

April 7,14: CEAC status changed "Ready to Pick Up".

April 13,14: POE.
