unfortunately, we didn't get any notification yet sad.png

do not worry. maybe u will get your notice of transfer too, if not then its ok "WE VSC BER FILERS" september to december are still waiting for our noa2.

My PD is Dec. 11, 2012.... it's way too early. People with April - May, 2012 PD's are getting NOA2 at this time.

hi, I have recieved NOA 1 last year, PD 16 NOV 2012. Now I have recieved another NOA that inform me about transfering my case from VSC to Nebraska Service Service. This is NOA 2? It is not too early? What I should do?

I got notification today (Aug.19, 2013), that my case (PD Dec. 11, 1012) was transferred to Nebraska Service Center. I have no idea what consequences that will bring though... When I`m trying to check timelines for Nebraska SC, there is no information about I-130 cases.

My wife's immigration (F2A)

I-130 Track:

Dec 09, 2012: I-130 Sent

Dec 11, 2012: Priority Date

Dec 16, 2012: NOA1 Received

Aug 16, 2012: case transferred to Nebraska SC from Vermont SC

Sep 25, 2013: NOA2 Approved and shipped to NVC

Sep 28, 2013: NOA2 Hard copy received

NVC Track:

Oct 16, 2013: NVC received case (no case number yet)

Oct 30, 2013: NVC assigned case number and invoice number

Nov 1, 2013: DS-261 submitted, AOS fee paid

Nov 4, 2013: AOS package sent

Nov 5, 2013: VI fee payed

Nov 12, 2013: DS-260 submitted and VI package sent

Dec 5, 2013: checklist received, mistake in I-864

Dec 20, 2013: checklist response in the system for review

Jan 14, 2014: case completed (by phone)

Jan 29, 2014: interview date have been scheduled (rescheduled from Mar 31 to Feb 21)

Feb 21, 2014: interview date - visa APPROVED!!!

Hello no0pb.gif that is not NOa2 YET they just notify us about the transfer from VSC to NSC, cos i think much backlog in VSC but before that we will get another notification from nebraska that they already received our case from VSCrolleyes.gif (which is approximately 2 weeks from now for them to get the hard copy) then decision "NOA2".... so we need to wait still...

oops8rh.gif @konkyno0pb.gif we cannot check our files on NSC but we can still check our priority date online though, ClockWatch2.gif waiting time maybe more or less 1 month before noa2.

yes.gif but one thing is for sure they will be working on our files... i hopeeeeeeee innocent.gif

this afternoon i received a mailed coming from uscis, that my petition, f2a, was approved, i filed my petition only last january 9, thanks God, now were waiting on the nvc....

You have filed for different visa than us IR-1/CR-1 Visa.This is why yours is so fast.In this topic people filed for F2A

i think most of these who were transferred to NSC are changing some how there status
