K 1 visa interview , employment letter

I send my fiancee for the interview 3 months bank statements, 5 months check subs showing about $2500 per month, 2012 tax return showing $21,650 and I 134 from with notarial stamp, but i did not send the employment letter, could that be a problem ?

Depends on the person doing the interviewing. If they want to see current income then it may be a problem, but you do have pay stubs. The Embassy wants to make certain that you can support your soon to be wife and can qualify for the income levels for AOS--some are stricter than others. If it is an issue, hopefully they will ask for it to be delivered after the interview.

Possibly, it depends on the interviewing consulate officer.

The letter from your employer is one of the pieces of supporting evidence specifically mentioned in the I-134 instructions:
