Or try sending them an e-mail at IVNaples@state.gov. If you're concise and they don't have too many e-mails, they may reply within 1-3 days.

Good luck!

We get no answer with that phone... We get a response with that email but they say they don't have out case but we have a case status update that our case is ready or interview !!! What I we do?? So frustrating

That's...confusing.

Where is the case status update from? The USCIS web site? Maybe you could take a screenshot of that, as a proof, and send them another e-mail and attach the screenshot, showing technically your case is there already. For how long has your case supposedly been at the embassy for? Is it possible the update is just on the web site but they're yet to receive your documents? Also did you get packet 3 by e-mail?

Can't think of anything else to help, hope it won't be as confusing for me when ever the time comes.

Again, good luck and let me know how it goes.

No packet 3 yet.... We did the screen shot thing and sent it Friday .. So hopefully Monday ?? It has only been "ready" for one day as maybe they haven't entered it yet in Napoli???

Thank you for your help... The waiting continues ....

Did you get a chance to choose what day you wanted your interview or did they give you a random date??

I'd say wait a few more days, maybe a week until it's there.

We had our NOA less than 2 months ago so, needless to say, I'm far from calling for an interview. You'd be better off messaging someone on here who already had their interview. Most members are friendly and reply right away. So anyone who wrote an embassy review would be able to give you advice!

Sorry I can't help.

i'm on the same step as you. i really doubt they got it so soon but if anything you can call the embassy starting monday or email them next week. they are going to send packet 3 to the address you wrote for your fiance. however, i already downloaded packet 3 from the naples consulate website and filled it out. it's usually the same packet from what i have heard... the packet on their website has all the instructions and form attached.

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/442919-after-noa2/ Someone here said that it may take up to 2-4 weeks... maybe you are supposed to wait a bit more?

Also, since you're/ your fiancè(è) is from Italy would you mind sending me a message explaining me how it works and how long it took to get an appointment? Thank you.

Bringing this topic back to life!

I would also be interested in knowing how you dealt with the US Consulate in Naples (scheduling of interview, etc.).

Thanks!

Still waiting on my NOA2, so needless to say I haven't had a medical or an interview yet.

I am the beneficiary by the way. I know everything is online now, and so you may want to follow this link https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-it/iv to pay fees/ schedule appointments and to find more information regarding your visa and all that. Everything that needs to be sent to them, or brought with you at the interview in is the packet 3, which can be easily found on the embassy web site. It's a .zip file you can download.

If you happen to have any inquiries, you can always e-mail the consulate in Naples and usually they reply within a couple of days -if you send a short question that is. I can't help you too much on this, as I'm just as confused regarding what happens after NOA2, so you're better off contacting someone who's had their interview already (embassy info -> Italy -> reviews) or contacting the consulate via e-mail.

Thanks for the quick reply!

I quoted the wrong bit, I was referring to Angelina and Gennaro, but thank YOU for the quick and very informative reply nonetheless.

I'm quite clear on what happens after NOA2, I guess I just would like to hear more from people who actually already went through the interview (and virtually all the latest interviewees did not post an "interview review").

I am also the beneficiary.

Good luck to you both, when did you get your NOA1?
