At that point i had no intention to get married as we have spent money and time and stress on the K1 visa and I had just got ny noa2!!!! Neway I was allowed in on a whim we decided that we never want to b apart again my fiance is in the millitary and recently came back from deployment.... we have been advised to aos.... seeing as my k1 would prove i never had intent coz obviously my intent was to complete the process... please help me with any advice my fear is coz I have a K1 pending I could be accused of immigrant intent :-(

While nobody knows what will happen in an individual case, I have read many, many accounts that intent didn't even come up in interviews. It was just a standard interview. If you haven't married yet, you are less than 3 months from a K1 visa. Many push it through in barely over 2 months from NOA2. If you are really paranoid, then finish up by ordering you police certificate, sending your forms to London and make a medical appointment. Then go home in time for the medical, wait for an interview to be assigned, and come back on your visa. Pick the way that stresses you least...two months apart or paranoia for 5-6 months waiting on a greencard.

if i were u i wont be worried. like Nich-Nick said, and even in my interview, there was nothing like intent and am sure that they themselves knows that tins happen coincidentally and sometimes it makes it look like u planned with intent which isnt true.
