Ok we received receipt number from the NBC in KS. 6/04/13. Is there any way to check the progress of our i-130? The MSC prefix of the number will not work on the USCIS site. Tomorrow makes 45 days since we got the letter from them.

132 days since my noa2. My receipt number can not be found on the USCIS web site.

The only way to check it is to call Tier2 or info pass.

NOA1 or NOA2?

I'm the beneficiary.

Want to know what's happening with your case? Here's the USCIS tracking page (get an account and see if the case's been 'touched'!). Don't get your hopes up though, some cases never even appear there despite being successfully processed.

Our petition starts with MSC as well, and it was on the uscis My Case site the same day we received the NOA1 email. So, I don't think "MSC" has anything to do with your issue.

I don't think you were responding to me, were you?
