Hi

Sorry to bother you, but I just got the same status. Do they mail a packet 3 letter directly to my fiancee, or she should contact the consulate herself to schedule an appointment for interview? what's the next step?

There is no real packet 3. Schedule interview and pay for the visa and choose where to send back passport on http://www.ustraveldocs.com/ru/. Get all documents ready listed at http://moscow.usembassy.gov/iv-fiancee.html and then bring everything to the embassy when you come for the interview. Don't forget to do your medical beforehand too http://moscow.usembassy.gov/iv-medinfo.html

Edit: apparently Moscow sends you an email when they get the case from the NVC, but otherwise do everything as I said above.

Updated and signed Letter of Intent?

Does Moscow ask for it? In Kiev they didn't even look at it, he just handed it right back to me when I gave it to him with all the documents.
