Hello.

I am a US citizen (naturalized) and my mother visits almost every year on her 10 yr visa.

She is currently here till Nov 1, 2013 and I was planning to apply for her GC this month. However I wonder if she will be allowed to come back in January 2014 on her 10 yr visa while her GC application is in process (she must !! i have a new baby she needs to help with :)

Also any advice or experience anyone has to suggest filing her application while she is in US or India to make everything faster ?

Thanks !!!!

A Do not mention here coming to help U with baby that's classified working

when its put that way, she can travel but there are no guarantees I'd petition

after the baby is born and she visiting again.

B She can be turnrd back at poe, or allowed if if she can prove she has ties to

go back home job letter from long-term employer, lease contract/mtge, husband

not travelling with her or kids
