What happens if the k-1 visa fails? :(

Interesting thread this...I've read through and it would appear that in order to obtain a waiver for the vaccinations you have to have genuine religious reasons for not wanting them (though whether you have to prove this is another matter).

The OP stated that they didn't want to get the vaccinations on moral grounds, not religious...so you would think that there would be a risk that the USCIS would reject it - hell, anyone could just say "Nope, I don't believe in vaccinations..." and if that's acceptable then they might as well not even have the vaccination requirements on the AoS/Visa applications.

Another point...which vaccinations does the OP not want to have? I've only just had mine and all that I needed was a tetanus booster (been 10+ years since I had one) and my 2nd MMR shot which for some reason I never had. Nothing on the list seems particularly scary/risky...It's not my place to judge but for the sake of not wanting to go through this issue with the USCIS I'd just suck it up and get the vaccinations!
