I just got reentry permit for my dad 2 weeks ago he was in his country week ago he passed away he was permanent residant do I need to inform uscis about his death,I'm so depressed he was just fine I'm missing him,ok other question my mom she just went back she was living with me she applied I 130 for her children her 3 daughters under 21 imean my sisters now can they come with my mom.no one is there with them just my dad was,their pd is 23 march 2012.how long we have to wait if I adopt them does it make sence because they already have pending case what should I do can I write a letter behalf of my mom to uscis or some where else its going very hard time please let me know what should I do thanx

Sorry about your loss.

You do not need to inform USCIS that your father passed.

Your sisters cannot immigrate to the US without immigrant visas. The best you can do is request an expedite based on a hardship to your mother.

Adoption will not work. There are rules in place to prevent immigration by adopting family for the sole purpose of immigration. If this was allowed, we all would have adopted family members to bring them quickly to the US.

Is it possible for your mother to return home temporarily to care for them until they get their visas?

How old are your sisters.

The PD for F2a cases will be current in August, so it will only be a short time before your sisters get visas.

Thanx u all.my sisters are 13 ,15 and one she was 20 last year when we filled her case but now she is 21 but we got all three under f2a .and my other sister she is 23 under f2b. And their pd is march 23 2012,u said it will be current in august .its true?and for expedite case or for permission to live there for my mom where I have to write a letter can u tell me please should I write letter to congressman or uscis or dhs.thanx so much

Your mom needs to file for a re-entry permit. Once she has it, she can go back to care for the young ones.

21 and 23 are adults. They can take care of things until your mother goes back.

In 6-12 months, your F2a sisters will get immigration visas and your mother can return with them.
