My husband is USC,I applied aos based on marriage, our interview is in 2 weeks.

I read the notice which says we need to bring his birth certificate then we went to his parents' house, and when we got it, we just found out that he had the other name when he was born.We have all the name change records with the birth certificate tho.

Anybody has any idea what should I do now?Should I call them to change the information on our filed forms right now or wait till the interview?

Thanks so much.

You should call them before it specifically states on the phone when you call USCIS to make changes before an interview ,plus there's a family member from our family that had the same situation , their mothers name was missing one name in the documentation they submitted, the birth certififcate had 2 names ,guess what happened at the interview, the officer told them that there was an error and that they had to go back and fix it, at the moment they haven't moved anything because of the lack of information but its been years since that happened.my suggestion would be call before ASAP
