Man Illegally Fires Shotgun, Blames Biden Advice

A Washington state man who illegally fired a shotgun blamed his action on a piece of advice doled out by Vice President Joe Biden earlier this year.

“I did what Joe Biden told me to do,” Jeffrey Barton told Washington affiliate KOIN. “I went outside and fired my shotgun in the air.”

There's a Vancouver in Washington now?

We even have a Leavenworth with no prison, but in a motif of a Bavarian Village.

Yep, it's actually right across the Oregon border from Portland. Seemed like a real $hithole when I was there 10 years ago. Maybe it's nicer now.

No, still a $hithole...

Some sage wisdom at the end of the article:

“You don’t need an AR-15,” he said. “It’s harder to aim, it’s harder to use, and in fact you don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself.”

“Buy a shotgun,” he concluded.

I'm interested to see where this goes in court. If you can't take the advice of the Vice President, whose can you take?

Wow.....that's a gem. Since an AR typically has better sights, is lighter, has less recoil, and is more ergonomically efficient than most shotguns, and since the number of rounds needed in a self-defence is purely situational, that makes Biden wrong on every point in this statement. Not to mention the advice that would land you in jail. Truly surprising.

What's really awesome is when they showed their "official video" of countering the AR as a defense gun claim and the woman was making hit after hit with her AR.

Whoops!
