I'm putting together my folders for the interview that I'm hoping to have soonwink.png ; I need to print my conversations with my husband from Skype and Facebook but can't a way; can someone help me? PLEASEhelpsmilie.gif

I believe that Skype allows for around 6 months of previous messages. Copy them all and paste them into a Word document & print. For Facebook, you can do the same or like in our case, find the pages with pics and comments from your family and friends and print each of those as well....

I will do both. For Skype, you just go to History, and cut and paste the log onto a Word processing document. Print out. Or if it is too many pages, you can print out just a sampling of that.

For Facebook, you need to go to Archives, then have them produce an archive for you via email. Then once you have that, go to Messages in the archive file and print out. Again, just print out a sampling if it is too many pages.

For skype, copy and paste to MS word and print.

Hey.... I have a question is it necessary to take Skype and Facebook evidence....

Cz I don't have these me and my wife have joint account on Facebook and on Skype we never messaged... We use just whatsapp for texting....

From facebook and skype specifically? No...

But usually most everyone needs some kind of evidence.

Yes...among other things. Email/chat/skype/email logs are probably less important evidence of a bona fide marriage than say....children, same residence, joint property ownership...but still evidence that counts for something.

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

July 8, 2013 ~ RFE Hardcopy Rec'd (Requesting Signed/Original "Intent to Marry within 90 days of Arrival" letter from both parties.)

Aug 14, 2013 ~ "Ready" Status on DOS site (meaning Rec'd by Consulate/Embassy)

Sep 21, 2013 ~ Packet 4 Hardcopy rec'd via US Mail - Fiancee didn't receive his had to pick up a reprint at Embassy.

the best proof you can have is phone records , no one can deny this and 99.99 percent embassy will look for phone records , you can spoof all other records but spoofing phone records are not easy
