if you have advance parole I have a question

I applied about 10 days ago, my request was approved yesterday, and today i see on the website that the document was produced. So, yay for that!

The question is: I know the official word is you'll receive it "within 30 days".

But how long did it take you since your advance parole was approved/document produced, till you received it in the mail? I'm trying to look at flight prices and figure out when to visit home which I'd like to do ASAP for some ugly things going on there.

Usually with 7 to 15 days. But I strongly recommend you not to buy anything until it arrives by mail. Just in case

FYI - after we got the "card in production" notice (via email) a few days later we recieved notice along with a tracking number that the card was mailed. It took about 5 days once we received the card mailed notice to arrive (not 30 days).
