Was a copy of all the other forms included as well, like the 325? And all the evidence of the visits? Or was it just the I-129F?

EDIT: Nevermind. See that was answered too. :D

From what I understand, it was just the I129f form and supplement answers. I only had a brief Skype conversation last night with Rossel so I didn't get many details. There was no proof of meeting or copies of pictures included.

Well that is a giant leap forward! Letters from USEM actually arriving! The letter will be nice for making SLEC happy... if it arrives soon enough.

From what I see it has the website that links to the embassy instructions letter and from there samo-samo

No kidding! I didn't pay much attention when I received a letter because I have read petitioners receive one every now and then. When Rossel told me SHE received the packet, I thought that was pretty cool. Like I said, I was impressed they found her home! Hope this continues for other members. Edited by Bumbero

Congratulations by the way, in case you didn't see it in your recent thread. Very happy for you! smile.png

Thanks Leon! I saw your post in the other thread :D Good luck to both of you :) The interview went smoothly. I would like to say that having the USC at the interview is really a great idea. The American consul told us that it really makes their job easier if the petitioner is present.lol. btw, i was the only one who has the petitioner with me.. and it was Robb and the consul who did most of the talking. At least I saved some of my english.haha. It was a great experience!

Wow, I didn't realize how rare it is for them to have the petitioner present. Makes it all the more worthwhile for me to do the same, as it sounds like it really does make a difference in being something they like. Thanks, and good luck on the move to the U.S. :)

I'm already flying there at the end of September and staying through the beginning of October, so we are hoping to just be able to schedule the interview for then, so I can be there. If not, we will schedule it for the end of November, when I can come again. But hopefully we can save money by not having to do that lol.

When are you coming to the US?

I was there with Joan too. It was a smooth experience and I do think it helps...It is hard to say it is not a real relationship when the fiance(e) is standing there! Good luck to you!

For sure if you can be there for the interview do it, not that your being there is really necessary, it is just a very memorable experience and I highly recommend it to any that can do so. I enjoyed the whole interview process immensely; the Filipino pre-screener and the CO spent most of the time chatting with me, in fact we got so far off track that the CO forgot to get Amy's oath and had to call her back up to his window...
