Need help understanding K-1 visa fees (Russia)

The Visa Journey webpage on the Moscow embassy indicates that there is a $350 visa fee on top of the $240 MRV application fee. However the country reciprocity schedule on the State Department website (http://travel.state.gov/visa/fees/fees_5455.html?cid=8941) for Russia indicates that there is no visa reciprocity/issuance fee for K-1 applicants. Is this some other sort of fee? Or is the Visa Journey page out of date? I want to make sure that my fiancee doesn't get surprised at the Embassy!

The fee for the visa is 240 dollars. I'm not sure what the 350 is for but the visa itself is $240

I think now that is an old line referring to the previous visa fee and payment method. Probably should simply be removed...
