urgent please concerning packet 3&4 lagos consulate

my fiancee went to the embassy today to collect the packet3 and 4, the interview DATE was feb 26 2007, but she said they DID NOT put the appointment time, what theyput is 00:00 time, also they did not specify name of the hospital for her medical examination. Is this normal ?

MY QUESTION IS

1. SHOULDN'T THEY SPECIFY THE APPOINTMENT TIME ON THE PACKET THREE OR 4?

2. DON'T THEY SPECIFY THE NAME AS WELL AS THE LOCATION OF HOSPITAL WHERE VISA APPLICANT CAN GO FOR THEIR MEDICAL EXAMINATION.?

3 DO THEY SPECIFY THE NAME OF THE APPLICANT ON THE PACKET 3 AND 4 ?

Any insightful response would be highly appreciated

it's probably a typo, but usually the appts are for 7am and you should at least be there by 5:30-6am, the medical is at kamorass,

She could also go back to the embassy for them to correct it for ease of mind.

thanks for your prompt and accurate response, my fiancee was able to find the appt time later which was exactly 7:00am just as you said.

However don't they specify the applicant name on the packet 3& 4

There was no name on the pkt when my husband received his last year, so I dont think that they are individualised. Congrats on the interview date though!!!
