Good vending everyone! All due respect to the VSC/TSC filers, but I'm trying to figure out how quickly and when CSC filers are getting their case numbers and being forwarded on. Anyone who may have had a status change at CSC and anyone who has successfully gotten their noa2s and case number recently, and those who haven't. Los to hear from you!

Oh, and you're with Vancouver, right? As of right now, the next available interview is in 20 days. I know that things can change +/- when your time comes, but just thought that might be helpful too! Good luck!

Yes thanks! I knew it was around that amount of time. But my only concern is that initially when we filed I thought I'd be going to Montreal, so we listed the Montreal consulate. It wasn't till a month later and reading on here that I actually fall into the catchment of the Vancouver consulate. I just hope someone caught that mistake. It doesn't seem to indicate which consulate on the NOA 2. Thoughts?

Hmm... The consulate is listed on my noa2, so I can't comment on why it wouldn't be for you. I do remember reading a post about someone who listed the wrong consulate though, and nvc corrected it (it was also Montreal/ Vancouver).

I am also a CSC filer. My petition was approved by USCIS in late June. Unlike other users who get emails from VSC/TSC stating that their case has been sent to NVC, I got no such email. When I check the USCIS website about my status, I still see the same message stating that my petition was approved.

Why do I include that information? Because a few days ago, I received an email from the Consulate in Seoul with the packet 3 information. This was the same day I was thinking of calling NVC to see if they received our documents from CSC. This was a shock to me because I expected to hear something from NVC.

It was exactly three weeks since the email notification of the NOA2 to the email notification from the Consulate in Seoul.

Best of luck to you...stay optimistic!

I emailed for packet 3, and after I faxed the checklist back, I emailed for packet 4. They will snail mail you the packets if you don't request email. It takes a day once the case leaves NVC to Vancouver (I stalked DHL tracking lol). So once you know that it has left NVC, you can email Vancouver 2 days after.

It arrived in Vancouver yesterday afternoon about 230 according to DHL. No status change to ready yet. Did you wait for that?
