Immigrant visa photo printed out "bright"?

Hi, I'm slightly concerned because my wife's immigrant visa photo printed out very bright, to the point where you can't make our her face very well. By bright I mean the picture has mostly white in it. Now, I mean the photo printed on the visa, not the passport photo. I'm assuming this won't be a problem because you can slightly make out her face and I don't think they would issue it if it were a problem.

Anyone have this sort of experience and can let me know if it's something to be concerned about? We'll be flying in October. Thanks in advance

Well it's obviously her passport, and it's just a rough picture. The one on the actual green card turns out better. Mine was overly bright too in the passport.
