I hope this was more than enough. My rule of thumb is better to have more than to not have enough...

Item in red is not good enough. You should send, at the least, quarterly statements for the entire marriage.

Also you don't have tax returns? Or a lease? Or health insurance?

A lot of your items are redundant. You have an ultrasound and also a bill for that ultrasound, and a record of you having that appointment. Just one of those items show the same thing - that you are pregnant. No need to put all three things.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

You do not have enough documentation showing the co-mingling of funds over your marriage. Many pieces of evidence are unnecessary.

I would omit the following:

Ultrasound related evidence

Christmas cards

Photos

Travel info

I would include the following:

Lease agreements spanning at least 2 years

Monthly or at least quarterly joint bank statements spanning 2 years

2011, 2012 joint income tax

Credit card statements (not just copies of the cards themselves)

Joint health/dental insurance

Good luck! :)

oh yes, i forgot to include the tax return on my list, but I do have our 2011 and 2012 tax returns. Those will be submitted as well. As for our lease agreement, the apartment that we are staying in now is using our apartment application as our lease agreement. should I send in a letter explaining this??? We were never given an actual Lease agreement document. Like I mentioned, the landlord used our apartment application as our actual lease agreement with all our signatures on it. I hope this won't be a problem. Then for our health insurance, we don't have a joint health plan. Our health insurance are separate because it is cheaper that way than if we went under the same plan with our jobs.
