best way to send documents to and from Philippines

Hi All!

Does anyone have any suggestions as to the best way to send documents back and forth to the Philippines? Do I have to continue to be robbed by FedEx or can I simply send my wife electronic forms to be printed by her,filled out and signed, re scanned, and be sent back to me to be printed out. I have noticed the paper does darken using this method. FedEx is not cheap

Anything that does not require originals you can email her files to print out there... no issue.

The I-134 itself has to be an original with your signature (so one sheet of paper). The tax return/tax transcript, W-2, pay stubs and such can be copies - so email them. Any chat/phone logs, emails or such just email them and print there.

Read through the embassy instructions letter for details.

I've used DHL here which partners with LBC in Cebu. It only takes a few days and is a lot cheaper then FedEx.

Gonna try again.
