Our K1 was originally sent to the Vermont Service Center and received on March 22, 2013. We got notice of it being moved on July 10, 2013. Any clue on how long it will be until we hear something further? I've read elsewhere that December and January filers are already getting approvals after having to wait so long. I hate it for those people that they had to wait so long, but I'm hoping for good news soon!

I got moved on 21.6.13 then got approved on the 5:7:13 so I guess not too long

We filed on 12/19/12. Our file was moved to Texas in early June and we were approved on June 19. (Now-Still waiting for case number from NVC.) In our experience, Texas did their job and got our approval out fairly quickly. Hope you get your approval soon!

I my NOA1 is dated April 8 2013 and I also got moved to TSC on July 10 2013. I still did not hear anything back from them but it should take them at least two weeks after the transfer or more. Let's hope for just two to three weeks!
