I just find it troubling that if he or someone else posts a thread about blacks in a disparing light he is all over it. But if someone challenges this or even posts evidence to the contrary, he gets combative.

In the beginning, that is what was used for him not to get arrested. The flipside to this was once the trial started, in order to use SYG he would have to take the stand and explain it, plus get cross examined. So they chose not to invoke it.

These SYG laws were written verbatim by the ALEC group (Koch brothers)/ paid gun lobbyist and were pushed by mostly republican legislators in mainly conservative red states!

Laws created for the sole purpose of making profit on guns were never meant to be fair......

It was never anything wrong with the self defense laws on the books.....so why did we need SYG laws??
