Intent to re-establish domicile

Hello all,

So, one more question about proving intent to re-establish domicile in the US.

A little about me so you can fully understand my situation here. I was born and raised in France (I was born a French and US citizen, and I have a certificate of birth (U.S. citizen born abroad) from the American Embassy in Paris.

I have been living the U.K. for almost 3 years now (studying) but my principale residence is still in Paris where I grew up and where my parents lived.

To prove that not all ties with the U.S. have been "broken": I have a sample ballot for the elections sent under my name to my address in France (principale residence). My U.S. social security card has my French address on it as well.

(I am registered to vote at my Uncle's house in Los Angeles county where I intend to live once I get a green card for the boyfriend - he is also the one filling the affidavit of support.)

I also have passed my California driving license where I declared my address as being his house (where I intend to live and am registered to vote).

I can also get an official paper from him (he is a lawyer) about some sort of lease or something.

My questions are as follows:

What else do I need to prove intent to re-establish domicile? Do I need to leave before my spouse? If so, when?

Also, is it going to be a problem that I have my principal residence in France...? Are they going to look for problems with that?

I read what the London embassy said.

I will try to open a bank account online and transfer money there to show as proof of intent.

I also have my California driving license, voting ballot sent to France + quotes from movers company that I contacted + room rental agreement.

Do you think I would need anything more? Is there something specific I should try to get?
