G-325a last recent addresses

Hey everyone,

I have a question about the G-325a section where it asks for recent addresses. I have moved around quite a bit in the past 5 years as I have a seasonal job and I migrate with the job. Should I not leave any blank times and places for the last five years? Should I list every time when i was living at my seasonal address and all in between?

EDIT: Also, I already have a page with the boxes for 5 year address/employment made out the way they are on the G-325a that i will attach. Would it be a good idea if I provive a short explantion of all the moving around underneath the history as well?

Do you not have a permanent residence you return to once the season work is complete?

yes i have a permanent residence I return to after the season. I think I have it figured out though, saw on the sample form not to leave any blank spaces in time so I didn't.

Anyone ever have any problems with long address and employment history for past five years?

If you're employment history won't fit, use an extra sheet. For seasonal work, you could just list your permanent address.
