Guys good news i just received an email from NVC, Interview scheduled for Sep 26, Hamdolilah. Thanks Everyone for you support!dancin5hr.gif

I'm realy happy for you my friend .we were at the same PD boat but my case is not complete yet :(

Pray for me in ramadan . As i know you in this journey you're person who has kind hearth :)

My F2A journey:

USCIS:

Sep 2011: I-130 sent

Sep 2011: Priority date

24 May 2013: NOA2(after 606 days: 20 months)

NVC:

31 May 2013: enter into NVC Building,

10 Jun 2013: Case number received,

12 Jun 2013: DS-3032 sent Via E-Mail,

15 Jun 2013: AOS bill received and paid,

22 Jun 2013: DS-3032 accepted,

25 Jun 2013: IV bill received and paid,

11 July 2013: IV & AOS package sent,

7 AUG 2013: IV accepted

7 AUG 2013: checklist for AOS Packages

14 AUG 2013: responding to AOS checklist

12 SEP 2013: Case completed,(after 105 days)

19 SEP 2013 : receive e-mail notification about case completion,

3 OCT 2013 : getting interview letter

30 NOV 2013 : interview day ...

Since very few people (at least here on VJ) got an interview for August, there is an excellent chance that F2A will remain current in September. What happens in October is a big mystery to me.

dancin5hr.gif yesterday my wife smoothly approved visa on july 30/2013 very simple 7 question asking about husband and marriage related question no ask pcc and tax return 2012 told her your visa approved and get visa next 10 working days Thanks god idea9dv.gif

I just called NVC again, interview is not scheduled for us so far. Anybody else got interview letter ?

PD = june 16th 2011

Case Completed = july/16/2013

Citizenship (2014):


May-10-2014.... Application mailed out , through USPS express mail.


May-12-2014.... Application package delivered.


May-15-2014.....Check Cashed by USCIS


June-02-2014....Biometrics (walk in) syracuse field office


June-04-2014....Actual Biometrics appointment date


June-04-2014....in line for interview scheduling

I hope it stays current, I am waiting for my NOA2 still, cant file for 1-485 as I am outside the US.

Can we file I-485 while we are waiting for NOA2 if we are inside US? I think we have to wait for NOA2 no matter where we live.

Hope you get NOA2 soon :-)

Can we file I-485 while we are waiting for NOA2 if we are inside US? I think we have to wait for NOA2 no matter where we live.

If you are living inside the USA on a valid visa you can apply for I-485. Please check with the forum what valid visa you need, I think a work visa or student visa is valid. As I am living outside the USA I have to wait for NOA2,
